Brookstreet Integrates Agentic Financial AI into Brookstreet Intelligence 2.0
Just 13 days after its launch on 10 September 2026, Brookstreet committed to integrating OpenAI’s new Financial Services platform for Enterprises into Brookstreet Intelligence 2.0 — extending our proprietary intelligence architecture with another frontier capability, institutional financial data and enterprise-grade agentic workflows.

Brookstreet Equity Partners LLP joined OpenAI’s newly launched Enteprise Astra API for Financial Services and is beginning to integrate its capabilities into Brookstreet Intelligence 2.0.
The move comes just 13 days after OpenAI announced the platform on 10 September 2026. For Brookstreet, however, this is not simply another software deployment. It is another step in building the intelligence architecture that sits above the applications, models and data providers themselves.
OpenAI’s Financial Services platform was developed with Morgan Stanley and Evercore as design partners, helping shape its initial focus on institutional investment banking and equity research. The platform brings together frontier AI, specialist financial data and enterprise workflows for research, analysis, modelling and the preparation of professional financial materials. Its financial-data ecosystem includes providers such as Daloopa, PitchBook and LSEG News, alongside connections to other institutional information sources.

For Brookstreet, this adds another powerful capability to our Frontier AI architecture deliberately designed to remain model-agnostic, while continuously integrating the world’s most advanced frontier AI models — often within days of their emergence.
We do not believe the future of an investment institution should depend on a single model, vendor or technology platform. The frontier is moving too quickly. Different models already demonstrate different strengths across reasoning, research, coding, financial analysis, multimodality, real-time intelligence and autonomous execution — and leadership across those categories will continue to change.
Our strategy is therefore different: use the best model for the task, the best data for the question, and connect both through one Brookstreet intelligence layer.
That layer is Brookstreet Intelligence 2.0.
What began in 2023 as experimentation with individual generative-AI systems has evolved into a proprietary institutional architecture combining frontier models, Brookstreet’s own persistent institutional memory, multi-model councils, specialist agents, workflow automation, enterprise tools, governance and human investment judgment.
The latest AI Financial Services integration gives us another specialist environment to test across real investment workflows — including company and sector research, valuation, transaction analysis, financial modelling, comparable-company and precedent-transaction work, investment-committee materials, private-market research, portfolio monitoring, strategic-buyer screening, diligence and institutional reporting.
This is where we believe agentic financial intelligence becomes materially different from conventional AI.
The opportunity is no longer simply to ask a model a question and receive an answer. Increasingly, intelligent systems can search across multiple data sources, reason over evidence, operate tools, manipulate financial information, construct models, prepare documents and execute multi-stage professional workflows. In an institutional setting, those capabilities must also sit within a framework of security, permissions, traceability, governance and professional accountability.
That is precisely why Brookstreet is building above the individual models.
Our competitive objective is not to predict which AI laboratory ultimately produces the single best model. It is to create an architecture capable of continuously accessing the strongest intelligence available as the frontier evolves, while Brookstreet retains ownership of the institutional memory, methodologies, workflows, orchestration and judgment that turn that intelligence into investment advantage.
Speed is part of that operating philosophy. OpenAI announced its Enteprise Financial Services platform on September 10. Brookstreet joined on September 23.
We intend to identify important technologies early, place them into demanding real-world institutional workflows, understand where they genuinely create advantage, retain what works and continuously upgrade the architecture as the technology frontier moves.
That is considerably different from simply “using AI”.
It is part of Brookstreet’s transition toward becoming an AI-native investment firm.
The wider Brookstreet strategy increasingly connects Private Capital, Technology and Public Capital, with Brookstreet Intelligence 2.0 designed to become the common intelligence layer across all three.
Today, its primary purpose is internal: to make Brookstreet a faster, better-informed and more capable investment institution.
Tomorrow, the technology, workflows and institutional intelligence being developed inside Brookstreet may represent an opportunity in their own right through Brookstreet.AI.
That option begins by solving the problem ourselves first — building the architecture, deploying it against real institutional work, learning from it and continually connecting it to the strongest technology the world can produce.
The best model for the task. The best data for the question. One intelligence layer.
