Davinia Smith is a senior private-assets, alternative-funds and corporate trust executive with over 30 years of experience across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, corporate structuring, client services and regulated fund governance. She currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President / Managing Director, Private Assets and Client Services, at The Citco Group Limited, where she focuses on global client service strategy, strategic relationships and business growth.
Before joining Citco, Davinia held senior leadership roles including Head of Client Relationship Management, Europe, at Apex Group; Managing Director at Actum; Strategic Relationship Director and Head of Cayman Islands at Alter Domus; and earlier roles with Lloyds Bank and Computershare. Her experience includes leadership exposure to major global fund-services platforms, including Apex Group, which operates across more than 80 offices with 11,000 employees in 38 countries and provides services across fund administration, depositary, custody, corporate services, digital onboarding and ESG advisory.
Davinia has held regulated positions across the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the BVI, bringing deep experience in fund governance, cross-border administration, investor servicing and alternative-asset structures. Her transaction experience includes private equity and M&A processes involving Palamon portfolio acquisitions such as The Rug Company, Happy Socks and Il Bisonte, as well as Macquarie’s acquisition of the Green Investment Bank and National Grid gas distribution assets.
Davinia has also served on a number of real-estate boards, including regulated Jersey funds, the GP of 22 Bishopsgate, the tallest tower in the City of London, and the acquisition board of Pinewood Studios. She brings to Brookstreet deep institutional experience across private assets, regulated governance, client service, fund operations and transaction execution.
