Stephen Clark is a senior financial-services chairperson, independent non-executive director and board adviser with over 40 years’ experience across wealth management, investment banking, stockbroking and fund management. He has served as Chief Executive of Oppenheimer International, Gerrard Investment Management and Moscow Narodny Bank / VTB Capital, where he later became Chairman.

Stephen spent 27 years with the NatWest Bank Group, holding senior executive positions including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at County NatWest. He has also served as a non-executive director of Nutmeg, the online investment management business, and Access Bank UK, bringing extensive board-level experience across regulated financial institutions, digital investment platforms and banking.

Stephen currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Board of AfrAsia Bank Mauritius and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Zempler Bank. His current and recent activities also include Chairman of Medway Maritime Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Chairman of Marshalls Charity, Chairman of the 3H Fund, and Senior Adviser and Chairman of the Disciplinary Panel at the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
